My order hasn't arrived, how can I track my order?

I'm so sorry your order has not arrived! First, please check your confirmation email and verify that the shipping address is correct.

For large poster orders: Each includes tracking once I ship and takes up to 7 business days via USPS to deliver.

For smaller postcard sized orders: Unfortunately, I don’t receive tracking for these small cards so I currently don’t have a way to track these smaller items. Typical shipping time takes up to 3-5 business days.

Hi! 👋🏻 I’m Michaela and I am the owner of Michaela Made, a paper goods shop in Dallas, TX. I’m an adopted Chinese American who grew up in the lone star state for most of my life. I create practical paper goods inspired by food, fandoms, and my asian heritage.
