Hi I'm Michaela! Welcome to my online shop, a small business of mine where I create & sell some of my favorite items that I want to see in the world.
In 2022, I took a year sabbatical from my dream corporate job as a Packaging Designer to reconnect with my art and recover from burnout. During my sabbatical, I started a 100 Day Project where I explored my illustration style. In 2023, I started selling my illustrations from my project at markets. After finding success at pop-up markets, I knew I didn't want to side hustle my business (having owned a bakery side-hustle in the past) and decided not to return to my day job and go all-in on my small business.

I now run my small shop as a full-time business owner & Illustrator based in Dallas, Texas. I make postcards, stickers and art prints inspired by food, films, and my Chinese-American heritage.
